About
Owl Hollow Gun Club was formed in 1978. It is a private, members-only firearms range open to enthusiasts of all types of firearms. Membership dues are $50 per year. The rifle and pistol ranges include three covered firing lines with target ranges of 7, 20, 25, 50 and 100 yards.
The range is located off of US 431 South (Lewisburg Pike) on Owl Hollow Road which is approximately 10 miles south of downtown Franklin, Tennessee. From I-65 South/North take the Peytonsville Road Exit #61, go west to US 431 South (Lewisburg Pike), turn south (towards Lewisburg) onto US 431 South and go approximately 6.5 miles to Owl Hollow Road, turn right onto Owl Hollow Road. The range entrance is located approximately 1.1 miles on the left.

All new and renewing members are required to attend a range orientation/safety session at the OHGC range prior to receiving their membership badge. The intent of this brief, 45-60 minute orientation session is to ensure all members are knowledgeable of the club’s safety guidelines and range procedures. The times and dates of membership enrollment sessions at the OHGC range will be posted on calendar.
These are the requirements to join:
- You must be a citizen, legal alien, or resident of the United States, above the age of 18 and legally able to possess a firearm.
- Attend a range orientation session at the OHGC range to complete the application paperwork (Application, Member Responsibilities and Liability Waiver). Mailed applications will not be accepted.
- Pay $50 (cash or check) membership dues.
